Shipping & Returns

UK SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 working days. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and will take around 2–3 days from dispatch. You will be sent a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Any international orders are posted via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Deliveries outside of the UK can incur additional customs duties or value added tax - HoodMor is not responsible for covering these costs.

Orders can not be cancelled after they have been shipped.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please email us at hello@hoodmor.com to request a return.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We will replace any products that have been broken or damaged in the post. Replacements can take up to 4 weeks to be re-made and re-fired.
